Kai felt wiggly. His body wanted to run, jump, and bounce—but his mind felt messy.

“I don’t know how to slow down,” he sighed.

His teacher smiled. “Did you know your breath can be like a big, floating balloon?”

Kai blinked. “A balloon?”

His teacher nodded. “Let’s pretend you have one in your hands. When you breathe in, imagine filling it up big and round!”
